The International Music Week 2009 celebrated around the world this year was an incredible experience for our children of Mitrata Home because it was indeed a musical journey with the colorful sounds of Didgeridoo - an Australian Aboriginal instrument.

Mitrata Nepal Today

Mitrata Nepal today represents the hope for more than 100 children. Some of them are orphans, others have been abandoned and others come from families unable to meet their most basic needs. Since 2000, our years of hard work and generous support from sponsors and friends, Mitrata Nepal has managed to give these children a home, an education and the support necessary for them to develop their skills and abilities.

First S.L.C. Batch from Mitrata Home

We are very glad to let you know that two of our students, Pawan Dahal and Anita Shrestha have passed the School Leaving Certificate (S.L.C) examination with distinction marks scoring 81% and 80.12% respectively.
